Of course, it may happen that an item does not fit or does not fully meet your expectations. Below you can find information on how to exchange or return an item.

Exchanging an item

Would you like to exchange an item, for example for a different size? Please return the item to us in its original, unused condition.

Clearly state which item and/or size you would like to receive in exchange. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will send you the requested item. Depending on the order, shipping costs may apply.

Returning an item

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order to us within 14 days. Items must be unused and, as far as reasonably possible, returned in their original condition and packaging.

The cost of returning the items is at your own expense.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items.

If you did not pay shipping costs on your original order and the remaining order value falls below €125 as a result of the return, the standard shipping costs may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We recommend packing your return carefully and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
