The ONLY HOT Handwarmer can be applied directly to your hands in the glove. As soon as you open the packaging and the ONLY HOT heat pad comes into contact with oxygen, it will start to heat up. After approximately 30 minutes, the pad has reached its maximum heat. This is on average around 38 degrees with a maximum temperature of 42 degrees. The ONLY HOT Handwarmer works for a maximum of 7 hours.
After use (once only), you can simply throw the pad away with the household waste.
