After approximately 30 minutes, the pad has reached its maximum heat. This is on average around 38 degrees with a maximum temperature of 42 degrees. The ONLY HOT Handwarmer works for a maximum of 7 hours.
After use (once only), you can simply throw the pad away with the household waste.
