The ONLY HOT warmer can be placed under your socks and provides warmth to the toes. As soon as you have opened the package and the ONLY HOT heating pad comes into contact with oxygen, it will heat up. After about 30 minutes the pad has reached its maximum heat. This averages around 38 degrees with a maximum temperature of 42 degrees. The ONLY HOT warmer works for at least 8 hours. After use (one time), you can easily throw away the pad with your household waste.
