Exchanges and returns

It is always possible that something does not fit and you wish to exchange it. In that case, you will return the items to us at your own expense. We will then send the desired items and we will check whether shipping costs will be added.

If your order is not what you expected, you can return the ordered item to us in unused condition within 14 days, at your own expense. and we will refund you the amount of the returned items upon receipt. Provided no shipping costs have been charged and your invoice is less than € 125, shipping costs will be charged.
