Instructions for replacing eye cups

Remove the old parts

• Carefully pull the rubber from the eye cup.

• Remove the old plastic ring. The easiest way is to use a flat screwdriver: gently pry the ring out.

Clean the surface

• Check the area where the ring is to be fitted.

• Remove all rubber and glue residues so that the surface is clean and smooth.

Insert the new ring

• Screw the new ring into the same place.

• Does the ring not stay in place? Apply a few drops of super glue to secure it.

Attach the new eye cup

• Place the new eyecup over the ring.

• Press firmly so it sits securely.
