The frame is manufactured from strong 30 × 30 × 2 mm ST37 square steel tubing and fitted with a heavy-duty steel mesh featuring 50 × 50 × 5 mm openings. The welded mesh joints have a tensile strength of 350 to 700 kg, resulting in an exceptionally strong and stable construction.

Despite weighing only approximately 17 kg, the carrier offers an impressive payload. Thanks to its official ECE type approval, it is fully road legal without additional inspections or registration and approved for use in more than 60 countries, including all EU member states as well as countries such as Japan and Australia.

The practical one-hand quick-release system allows installation and removal within seconds without the need for tools.
