  In professional game and butchering rooms, precise and fast processing is essential. The Parforce knife sharpener with suction cup makes this task much easier. Thanks to its fabulous fastening technology using a suction cup including a fixing ring, the sharpener adheres firmly to almost all smooth surfaces. This ensures particularly stable and extremely safe use, especially on stainless steel work tables, which are often found in these rooms.
  
  Precise sharpness on two levels for razor-sharp results
  Nothing impairs the quality of work more than blunt blades. With two grinding blocks, one made of tungsten for removing burrs and one made of ceramic for the final fine grinding, the Parforce knife sharpener offers an excellent solution. A conveniently attached arrow always shows the correct grinding direction in order to achieve the best possible result. This combination of precision and efficiency makes the Parforce knife sharpener with suction cup an excellent tool for professional meat processing and beyond.
  
  Application
  Place the knife sharpener on a smooth and clean surface.
  Press the knife sharpener gently with one hand and turn the grooved fixing ring to the left (direction of the "Lock" arrow) with the other hand.
  
  Place the blade in one of the two grinding blocks. Starting from the base of the blade, pull the knife in the direction of the arrow towards your body with light pressure and do not push it. Repeat until the desired level of sharpness is achieved.
  Block "1" made of tungsten deburrs the blade, block "2" made of ceramic provides the finishing touch.
  After sharpening, clean the blade thoroughly with a damp cloth or wash it.
